This is not a program for counseling. I do support couples in their marriage as infertility is hard on the relationship. I do this by praying for you as a couple and offering marriage encouragement throughout the course.

Most weeks are less than an hour of learning. However, meal prep and cooking as long as implementing lifestyle changes are where the real time commitment is. 

For most couples, I recommend to set aside an hour for learning each week and then 3-5 hours for meal prep and implementing lifestyle changes.
